You are the person that our guests see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, and because of these reasons, you play a large role in building relationships with our guests.  Service Advisors have the responsibility of taking our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed of the status of their vehicle, and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.As a Senior Automotive Service Advisor / Writer, you would also coach and mentor your teammates to grow the skills, experience, effectiveness, and efficiency of the team as a whole. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respectPresent the best solution to properly repair our guests' vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understandManage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient mannerConsistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrityMaintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all timesCommunicate on the phone in a clear professional mannerBuild long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the guest we serveDirects, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activitiesShuttle guests as needed in CBA branded vehicleEnsure that all repairs are performed to proper specificationsWork together as a team and assist other employees as neededOther duties as assigned
